Grammy-winning bandleader BOB FLORENCE has died in Los Angeles after a lengthy battle with pneumonia. He was 75.
As well as becoming one of America's most respected bandleaders, Florence was also an acclaimed arranger and worked regularly with Andy Williams, Julie Andrews and Jack Jones, among others.
He was also a regular on Williams and Dean Martin's TV variety shows in the late 1960s.
Florence and his Bob Florence Limited Edition big band won a Grammy in 1999.
